Legal guidelines for designs

By adding content to bunteshirts.com, you certify that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights, such as copyright, trademark or privacy rights, and that you have read our DMCA policy. We will terminate your account in accordance with its DMCA policy if your content receives repeated takedown notices.

Please double check the legal status of your designs. If you are unsure, try asking permission to use it.

  • We do not print unofficial merchandise.
  • We do not print names, logos, images or other intellectual property of music groups or music artists.
  • We do not print names, logos, images or other intellectual property of sports teams, colleges/universities, clubs or organizations such as the Boston Red Sox, Girl Scouts of America or Princeton University.
  • We do not print characters, images, actors or likenesses from cartoon networks, comic books, video games, films and television shows.
  • We do not print trademarks, names or logos for companies. For example, you can't use the name Coca-Cola, Coke, "It's the Real Thing" or the design of the cans.
  • We do not print photographs, caricatures, or other artwork depicting a celebrity. Taking a photo of a celebrity does not entitle you to use the photo on t-shirts, even if you digitally alter the photo. Personal rights remain even if the person is no longer alive.

Discovery of illegal designs

Designs and text suspected of violating the law, including but not limited to defamation or copyright infringement, will not be printed. If you believe that printing has been wrongly denied, please send an email to larondecaspri@gmx.de evidencing ownership of the design or other valid statements of legality.

If you suspect that a design or text is illegal, please report it to larondecaspri@gmx.de. Your personal information will be protected in accordance with our privacy policy. Note that the availability of similar fan art or parody designs on the Platform must be assessed on a case-by-case basis, as some are licensed or subject to other legal exemptions, while others are removed due to legal complaints.
