printing techniques
Digital Direct, also called DTG or Direct-to-Garment, is our standard printing method. As a retailer, you have the option to change the printing method to plot printing - if this is possible for the selected design. You can see if a design is suitable for plot printing by clicking on the design and opening the color picker. If it is available, you can select Flex, Special Flex and Flock as printing methods. Requirements for graphic printing with Plot and Digital Direct can be found here .
Please note: Print on demand is a manual process. The designs are placed on the products by real people who always try their best to realize the placement of the design on the product as it is ordered. However, the positioning may still vary slightly from the screen preview or other products. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us for more details.

Direct-to-Film: Transfer printing
Direct-to-Film is a transfer printing process in which your design is first digitally printed onto a carrier film and then pressed onto the product using heat. This is very advantageous because the prints are brilliant (even with delicate motifs) and the colors are true to life and long-lasting.

Special Flex
A similar flex printing process, this special process is used for special effect films such as glitter or glow-in-the-dark.
Please note : For all plot prints (flex, flock and special flex print) an additional €2.50 will be added to the product price when selected. This is a one-off charge per product, not per design or print area.
laundry test for best printing results
Before products are added to our range, we carry out thorough tests to ensure that they meet our high standards. Products and prints must go through a cycle of ten washes without losing color saturation before we consider them satisfactory for our customers. We only accept brilliant prints with realistic color reproduction. This is the best way to establish quality assurance.
